Spotlight: Nikki Chu's Illustrious Interior Designs

We pride ourselves on the wide array of original and inventive artists that we work with and their many talents.

Nearly all of our artists are multi-talented individuals who aren't just amazing at creating art but also excel in design, writing, engineering, and so much more. Each one has their own laurels to boast of, but this week we’d like to honor Toronto-based artist Nikki Chu!

Nikki Chu has been in the spotlight for decorating actress La La Anthony's new Brooklyn apartment, featured in a recent article in Architectural Digest.

Architectural Digest is a monthly magazine that's dedicated itself to showcasing the world's "design talents, innovative homes and products, inspiring decorating ideas, culture, and travel" since the 1920s. Today, AD is synonymous with the kind of enviable luxury that you can look up to and aspire to. Everyone, from celebrities to design hopefuls, looks to AD for inspiration and new concepts in the world of interior design, and the brand holds immeasurable influence in this regard.

Before Nikki Chu's more recent contract, she worked with major Hollywood stars, like Terrell Owens, Duane Martin, Tasha Smith, and even Tyra Banks.

It's no wonder that the stars gravitate towards Chu's fun and eclectic decorating style. The artist's unique blend of functional and luxurious pieces results in polished and modern rooms that are still highly personalized to her client's lifestyles and needs.

Chu credits her unique style to her design background, and this technical background shines through in her philosophy. She mixes modern silhouettes with bold tribal patterns and luxurious textures to create a cohesive and perfectly balanced room design.

As one would imagine, Nikki Chu's personal interior design services will cost you a pretty penny! Thankfully, Nikki Chu prides herself in her line of affordable and high-quality home goods available at major department stores and beyond, as well as her extensive and growing collection of oversize canvas prints available at Fine Art Canvas.
